Frederick County Republican Committee (FCRC)
 Policy for Implementation and Use Voter Data

•  All voter data collected from any source is the property of the Frederick County Republican Committee
•  The FCRC Executive Committee has sole responsibility for establishment, maintenance and utilization of said voter data.
•  Use of the data shall be in accordance with purposes deemed appropriate and necessary by the Executive Committee.
•  Request for, and/or, use of voter data shall be submitted in writing to the Executive Committee. Request shall also state what data fields are requested of said data.
•  The Executive Committee shall consider the appropriateness of the request for data and shall determine if the request should be approved and, if approved, will stipulate the terms of its use.
•  The FCRC Chair shall appoint a Communications committee chair and other members as he/she deems necessary and appropriate.
•  The Communications committee shall collect, post, update, maintain and disseminate voter data at the direction of and in the format directed by the Executive Committee.
•  Use of FCRC voter data for purposes of personal communications, newsletters and other unsolicited material is strictly forbidden.
